LOUISIANA, Mo. — Members of the Louisiana Community Betterment Assoc. recently came together to award prizes to the winners of the Louisiana Community Betterment Christmas Parade, Window Decorating Contest for Businesses, and the Residential Decorating Contest, sponsored each year by LCBA.
