BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green cross country teams once again swept the EMO Conference races last weekend.
This was the 20th EMO title in 21 years for the boy’s team and the 12th consecutive title for the girl’s team.
Coach Matt Chance said he was very pleased with his teams and their performances.
“This was our best performance of the year as a team. These kids have worked hard for this accomplishment and we are very excited for the next few meets. Both teams have an excellent opportunity to qualify for the state championships.”
The Bowling Green Invitational will be held this Friday at the Pike County Fairgrounds starting at 3:30 p.m.
