LOUISIANA, Mo.– The Lady Bulldogs bounced back on Thursday night, following an 11-1 loss to Van-Far on Wednesday evening. Louisiana trumped Wellsville-Middletown 17-1, marking the team’s second win of the season.
Louisiana racked up 13 hits in the varsity competition and recorded only one strikeout. Brylin Stewart, Alli Jenkins, Jalaya Ries, Emily Powell, and Jordan Pederson all walked away with two hits on the night. Pederson and Stewart led the way in RBI’s, as they both drove in three.
The Lady Bulldogs moved to 2-4 after their dominating win over Wellsville-Middletown. Louisiana will be back in action Monday and will battle North Shelby at home.
