LADDONIA, Mo. — The Louisiana Bulldogs ran off with the lead late in the game in a 5-3 victory over Community on Tuesday. The game was tied at two with Bulldogs batting in the top of the seventh when Brady Sheppard doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring three runs.
Jack Logan pitched Bulldogs to victory. He lasted six and a third innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out eight. Sheldon Silvey threw two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Cameron Hunt, Sheppard, Syler Feldewerth, and Kenny McCormick each collected one hit to lead Bulldogs.
