The Pleasant Hill Lady Wolves took a perfect game into the seventh inning before falling to the Illini Bluffs Lady Tigers 1-0. Pleasant Hill finished their impressive 2024 season with a record of 26-6.
The West Central Cougars are your 2024 IHSA Class 1A State Champions! The Cougars sealed the deal with a 62-43 victory over the Meridian Bobcats, finishing the year with a record of 36-3. KJFM-WBBA Sports was ecstatic to be along for the ride. Stason Martin, Jim Ross, and Gordon Sanders provided play-by-play action from the State Title game. It was a memorable experience for an outstanding group of athletes and the WC Community. Congratulations, Cougars!

The Clopton Lady Hawks travelled to Schuyler County for the MSHSAA Class 2 Sectional. Clopton defeated Schuyler County 86-42 to advance to the MSHSAA Class 2 Quarterfinal.
