Pike County Memorial Hospital Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will be offering free sports physicals at Bowling Green Middle School on Monday, May 16th from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
MSHSAA and parent permission forms can be picked up at the office and both have to be completed and brought with the student to the physical.
